随附图纸的注5指出过孔是可选的。 添加了通孔、以将器件的热量吸收到 PCB 的内部铜层中。 如果未添加过孔、并且您仅依靠 顶层铜来散热、则器件可能会发热一点。 根据您的应用、这可能不会对您造成影响、尤其是当您的运行不在器件的安全工作区热限值附近时。
