我们建议至少放置一个电容器封装(因此添加器件、但将其 DNP/DNI 保留在最终电路板上)。
如果您为功率级选择的 MOSFET 具有相似的 CGD 和 CGS 值、则会使用这些电容器。 150pF 增加的这一额外 CGS 电容有助于防止 HSFET 导通时栅极电压上拉。
