LL 引脚连接到开关节点。
BOOT 电容电压(VBST 和 LL 引脚之间的电压)将用于高侧栅极驱动。
启动电容电压为 V5IN 电压减0.8V。
您可能需要考虑 Vgs 阈值较低的外部 FET。
