从 TPS5410-EP 的数据表中可以看出、μ ΘJA 为75°C/W、如第3页所示。
ψ ψJT 器件不提供 μ A、但对于常规 TPS5410、μ A 为 5.7、如第4页所示。
两个器件的 μ θ 是相同的、因此 我要说 μ ψ 是相同的或至少相似的。
当然、热阻抗取决于 PCB 板设计。
