VDD 需要充电至21.6V 的 VDD 开启阈值才能启动。 在满足 VDD 导通阈值要求后、VDD 可以是高于 VDD 关断阈值的任何电压、并且仍然运行。 只要 VDD 最初充电电压最高可达21.6V、VDD 就可以是9V 至35V 之间的任何电压。
