TPS22958没有反向电流阻断功能、因此输出引脚上出现的任何电压都将通过体二极管反射回输入端。 如果您正在寻找具有反向电流阻断功能的5V 负载开关、我建议查看 TPS22916或 TPS22917。
如果您正在寻找电压更高的器件、TPS2663可能会在此处工作。
