很抱歉，我的问题不清楚。 不考虑逻辑延迟。 当禁用以启用时、Vout 电压会增加。 斜坡时间为0V (0%) 至1.1V (100%)时间。
TPS62097在 SS 引脚断开时、我们看到了160us 斜坡时间。 50uS 比该值快、因此我认为它取决于输出电容值。 我认为这个斜坡时间很难满足、但如果有器件可以满足这个斜坡时间、请告诉我。
