UCC27201A HI 和 LI 输入的绝对最大值为20V。 由于 VDD 的额定绝对最大值为20V、建议最大值为17V、因此我建议 HI 和 LI 的建议工作电压也限制为17V。 LI 和 HI 上的15V 对于 UCC27201A 来说是可以的。
