请考虑驱动器输入引脚上的15pF 输入电容。 在驱动器输入端进行滤波时、驱动器最适合上升和下降时间较短的"数字"输入信号。 Ω 需要滤波器、应使用延迟不超过20ns 的 RC 滤波器、使 Rin <=100 μ s、Cin <=200pF。
