除了 IC、还有其他损坏的元件吗？ 可能是电视？ 如果更换 IC、则1.8V 电压消失且电路板工作正常、则 IC 内部的某些部件损坏、但我不会完全损坏。 在此测试期间不能超过的重要规格是 VDD 的100V 绝对最大规格。
