我没有任何超出指定范围的 COUT 数据、因此我不知道器件在使用较大 COUT 时的行为。
您是否考虑过 TPS7A20？ 据我所知、在不了解您的应用要求的情况下、该器件至少指定了相同的工作条件、与 DBV 封装 LP5907引脚相同、具有更高的最大 COUT、而且价格更便宜。 如果您不使用 DBV 封装、可能我可以找到另一个 P2P 设备。
