基于 R1、R2和 Q1的电路仅在 VAOUT 电压 I 略大于1V 时影响轻负载条件下的偏置电流、其中 Q1关断、并从 REF 引脚添加偏置电流。 现在、在重负载条件下、当 VAOUT 为高电平时、Q1导通、因此偏置电阻器不会产生任何影响。 我认为不需要比较器。
