我不确定为什么在 EVM 上使用1.8V、但它高于该引脚的0.8V 逻辑高电平、因此这是一个不错的选择。 上拉至3.3V 也很正常。 任何大于0.8V (逻辑高电平)和小于3.6V (绝对最大值)的电压都将正常工作。
