如果 SW2 VOUT 上的电压高于 VIN 上的电压、则反向电流将能够流过器件的体二极管。 二极管无法限制流经器件的反向电流、因此器件可能过热并损坏。 如果您需要具有反向电流保护功能的器件、则可以查看 TPS22953等器件。
