如果电源轨的开/关配置设置为仅控制引脚，并且当 UCD90160A 脱离上电复位(POR)时，PMBus_CNTRL 引脚处于活动状态，则一旦满足与电源轨相关的任何其他序列，电源轨的启用是否会立即置位？
