在我们的 EVM 上、我们建议使用额定电压为25V 的电容器。 由于 VDDA 由 REGN 供电、电压不应超过6.3V (请参阅 D/S 中的 EC 表规格)、因此您可能能够使用额定电压较低的电容器(如16V 或10V)。
但是、考虑到陶瓷电容器的直流降额效应、建议使用更高的额定电压。
