UCC28730使用29mA 的内部电流源驱动 FET。 栅极驱动器输出被钳位至最大14.5V。 将驱动输出钳制为5V。 当栅极驱动为高电平时、它将提供29mA 的电流、从而导致 IC 中的功率耗散过大。 我不建议这样做。
