图 8从数据表中可以看出、在 Iout = 90mA 且温度为25C 时、压降电压约为150mV、因此使用该器件时、Vin=1.9V 时最好的选择是 Vout=1.75V。

为了更加准确、如果您使用此器件的固定 Vout=1.8V 版本、则需要在25°C 时提供至少1.95V 的 Vin=1.95V、如果器件发热、则所需的最小电压会增加。
