为了防止反向电流、会将 CE'引脚与输入电压进行比较。 当 CE'>Vin 80mV (最大值)时、该器件被禁用 当 CE'<Vin 250mV 时、MOSFET 导通。
如果 CE'> VIN 达80mV (最大值)、则 FET 被禁用、体二极管将防止电流反向流动。
