我们没有 TPS2116的任何降额曲线与温度间的关系。
我们的 TA 建议 工作温度范围为-40°C 至105°C。
在此范围之外运行并不理想、因为数据表技术规格在建议的运行条件下进行了表征、所以数据表技术规格的差异可能很大(时序、导通电阻、对输入的响应等)。 我不建议有意引入低于-40C 的状态 、因为在瞬态条件之外器件不会处于该状态、并且数据表规格可能会出现未知变化。
