1.在12V 电源上使用时、IC 输入电压的上限需要支持18V (略高于18V、如果高于18V、封装会很大)、没有下限(低于10V)要求； 2.封装应该尽可能小,最好是集成功率 FET ,外围电路越少越好; 3、电流限值可调,电流限值需大于2A ;
