您的设计需要最低2.2uF 的输入电容。 输出电容也过低。 尝试使用两个22uF 输出电容器、并确保它们具有适合输出电压的额定值、以应对电容器降额。
在3型纹波电路中、我建议使用 R1=787k、C3=2200pF 且 C5=56pF。
