使用 TPS22990、我建议您仅在连接 VBIAS 后连接 VIN、因为当 VIN > VBIAS 时、该器件就会在建议的工作条件之外运行、并可能会影响器件的长期可靠性。
我建议您使用 我们的下一代 TPS22990版本 TPS22997 -除了具有更好的规范外、它可以在 VIN > VBIAS 下正常运行。
