此公式用于选择 Cout、以便 Vout 下冲/过冲在负载瞬态期间不会过大、例如、当 I_OUT 从0跃升至2A (客户应用中的额定 Iout)时、Vout 将出现下冲。 IOH 为2A、IOL 为0。
