TI 的电子保险丝产品系列没有任何输入电压值如此低(0.8V)的器件。 您仍可以实现过压保护和限流、但您将无法使用欠压保护、还必须以其他方式触发使能、因为使用电源中的电阻分压器的常规方法不会在低电压下触发使能引脚。
根据客户对 TPS2595的经验、您可以尝试将 TPS2595x3型号实施为：提供 OVLO 引脚以设置过压电平。
