该器件当前采用 D 封装、该封装没有散热焊盘。 数据表中还提及了 DGN 版本、该版本具有散热焊盘。 目前、仅发布了 D 封装版本以供购买。 一旦 DGN 发布、数据表末尾的那些封装页面应该会自动更新。
数据表的引脚分配部分对焊盘进行了说明。 应将其连接到 GND、但它不是接地的低阻抗路径(因此您不能跳过 GND 引脚的布线)。
