VCC 和 IN 的输入电源为5V。为两节串联的锂电池(8.4V)充电、当插入电池时、充电状态指示灯不亮。 如果没有电池、充电指示灯将亮起。
将输入电源更改为12V 时、充电指示灯将在电池插入时亮起、如果没有电池、充电指示灯将不会亮起。 充电功能正常。

BQ24103A 是仅降压充电器、因此 VIN/ VCC 必须高于电池电压、充电器才能为电池充电。
