感谢您联系 TI。 ESD 等级的新标准更改为2000V、并且我们采用了新标准。 不过、该器件的性能和预期行为仍然相等、不会变弱。 该额定值仍然足够高、以避免在生产过程中发生意外 ESD 损坏。
