确实、散热焊盘正下方的通孔会吸走一些焊料。 话虽如此、我们经常建议将过孔直接置于散热焊盘下方、因此我不知道为什么说不这样做。 当它们位于封装下方时、热性能最好。 如果您担心这一点、电路板制造商可以用铜填充过孔、这样就没有腔来吸走焊料。
