当 P3V3可用时、UCD90320从启动开始需要45ms~55ms。
但它的故障日志功能怎么样呢？
如果 P3V3 可用、此功能是否激活？ 或者它是否仍需要45ms~55ms？
否、故障持续时间不会开始、直到器件完成初始化。
