MOSFET 可能会因1)电过冲或2)过热而损坏。
1)的原因可以是
VDS 过压：请检查低侧 MOSFET 漏极处的电压尖峰。
VGS 过电压：请检查 VCC 是否为 BVgs
2)的原因可以是
过流：请在输出短路时捕获峰值电流。
功率损耗过大或铜面积过小：请测量 MOSFET 温度。 请确保死区时间足够。
