感谢您发送编修。 数据表未提供最大绝对额定值、因为该引脚不用于接收外部电压源、并将支持输入电压高达60V 的应用。 内部 FET 的体二极管用作钳位路径、可在其上方使用二极管压降将输出引脚电压限制到 VIN 引脚。 只要输入电压不超过60V、器件就应该是安全的。
