您的客户是正确的、问题可能是稳定性。 LP5907是我们的旧器件、其现代版本是 TPS7A20。 内部补偿是使用 TPS7A20完全重新实现的、它在与更宽范围的输出电容一起工作时保持稳定。 TPS7A20使用更现代的工艺节点、并且比 LP5907更便宜。 我会切换到 TPS7A20。
