TPS25980没有反向电流阻断功能。 如果 Vin 为低电平且 Vout 为高电平、则一些电流可能从体二极管路径反向流动。 不建议使用体二极管来实现连续电流。
关于启动、即使 Vout 为高电平、器件也应该具有良好的启动。
