对于 Vout= 1.8V、建议的最小 Vin 为 VIN = VOUT (nom)+ 0.5V = 2.3V。
如数据表第6.3节的注1所述、"当 VIN 电源电压高于或等于1.4V 时、无需偏置电源。当 VIN≤2.2V 时、偏置电源有助于提高直流和交流性能。"
如果未使用 BIAS、则 BIAS 引脚可以保持悬空或接地。
