测试时,我发现 IC TL783相当热(在打开后约15分钟温度增加30度到~60度, I LOAD < 0.3A )。
您能告诉我原因可能导致温度过高吗？

假设 ILOAD 约为150mA、LDO 的功耗为 PDISS =(VIN - VOUT)* ILOAD≈3W。 这是 LDO 内部耗散的大量功率、会导致 其发热。 负载电流较低时、温升应该较低。 谢谢！
