对于12V/8.3A 设计、请查看 LM5146 EVM ( https://www.ti.com/tool/LM5146-Q1-EVM12V)。Fsw = 400kHz 时、此 EVM 为12V/8A (使用100V MOSFET)。 请注意、对于75V 最大输入电压、80V 控制器可能有些紧固、因此建议使用100V 控制器。 另一个优势是 LM5146可驱动标准逻辑 FET。
