感谢您发送编修！ TI 不支持 LT SPICE 模型、但您可以在 TI.com 上找到 PSpice 模型。 UCC27332-Q1没有可用的模型、只是其上一代版本 UCC27322-Q1 需要执行的操作。 驱动器的主要区别在于、UCC27322不具有如此高的 VDD 额定值(16V v 20V)、并且在输入引脚上没有负电压处理能力(v 332-Q1的-5V 额定值)。
