DDR 保持功能用于在关闭系统其他域电源的同时保持 DDR 存储器内容完好无损。 这在使系统保持低功耗模式时使用、通常用于电池供电系统。
TDA4VM 上的 DDR 保持引脚由 EVM 上的 PMIC 等外部源控制。 此引脚的状态不受 PMIC 固件控制、但需要通过 I2C 接口从 SoC 进行配置。
