遗憾的是、在最低额定电压为6V 时、TI 无法保证 PGA460器件的运行或性能可靠性。 我建议您在4-AAA 电池电源和 PGA460的 VPWR 引脚之间插入升压控制器。
使用 VIN 为4.5-6.0V、VOUT 为6.5V (最小裕量+0.5V)和 IOUT 为50mA 的 Webench 电源设计器( www.ti.com/.../power-designer.html )，推荐的升压解决方案如附件所示。
