您好 Jade、
器件建议的最高 TAmbient 为105C。 弱角 IBIS 结温为125C。 我们为 IBIS 模型使用较高的 Tj、以允许芯片加热至高于 Ta。
一般而言、差异是电路性能、105C 至125C 之间的泄漏可以忽略不计。
