在controlsuite的高压驱动套件例程里，在ADC补偿的时候经常有offset_shunt=K1*offset_shunt+K2*IFB_SU

其中K1=0.05/(T+0.05)，K2=T/(T+0.05)

这个补偿系数是怎么来的啊，就是说0.05的大小怎么取，为什么是0.05啊
