TMS320F28P650DK: EtherCAT ESC PDI Error and ECATPHYCLK verify fail

Hi TI Expert:

    I am conducting EtherCAT functional testing on custom hardware. I encountered the following issues:

1.  I get PDI error in TwinCAT3
2. verify  ECATPHYCLK failed

How can i close those issues?

The detailed description is as follows：

1. my working environment：
   1.  custom hardware based on TMS320F28P650DK7
   2. C2000Ware5.0.0.0
   3. CCS 12.5.0.00007 
   4. TwinCAT3 v3.1.4024.62 (Confirm that the network card and software configuration are good.)
2. other information:
   1. TwinCAT3 can scan Box but some information incompleted
   2. get error EEPROM size and PDI type in TwinCAT3 Smart View
   3. cant write EEPROM use TwinCAT
   4. get PDI watchdog cnt in TwinCAT Memory view
   5. verify XTAL freq 25MHz passed
   6. verify SYSCLK freq 200MHz passed
   7. verify ECATPHYCLK freq 100MHz failed, check ECATDIV is 2
