I downloaded the bsd file from here, which shows IDCODE (000100) and EXTEST (011000).

After I input the EXTEST command from TDI, and then input 0x2 from TDI, the result of the IDCODE came out from TDO.

如果 F28379D 是链中唯一的设备，IDCODE 也是复位后的默认红外状态，因此如果指令没有正确扫描，那么 DRSCAN = "2" 也会从 JTAG 抽头扫描出来。

该设备的 IDCODE 为 0x0B99C02F”，由于前面有“2”，表示链路上还有其他设备处于旁路模式，我们是否需要相应地调整 irscan 值？

My colleague tested the EXTEST_noPUPD (010111) instruction, and the dr reg result was correct, but the dr reg result of the EXTEST (011000) instruction was incorrect.

I hope you can test the EXTEST (011000) instruction and send me the results.
