CCS6不能设置生成hex文件，没有设置
版本是V6.1.1.0022 这个是可以的，如下图所示。
新建的时候应该是可以选择的
按图中1->2->3的步骤操作，就可以输出hex文件
这个应该是比较新的CCS版本，请在左侧build的最下方，找到C2000 hex utility [disabled]的显示，单击它后在右侧使能即可。
