F28335的手册可以通过官网搜索芯片型号，找到Technical documents下的User guides就是各模块的详细说明，另外您要找的XAR4是编译器手册（spru514k）中的吗？
在TI官网(http://www.ti.com/)上有很丰富的资源, 直接输入“f28335”就可以查到很多关于f28335的资料，包括介绍寄存器的技术手册（Technical Reference Manual）
