目前使用DSP28335+FPGA架构，在FPGA未初始化时，DSP烧写失败，在擦写过程中超时退出了，FPGA所有的管脚都置为高阻时，DSP可以正常烧写，
帮忙看看什么原因。
目前供电3.3v可以提供3A 的电流， FPGA 是1.2 v , DSP 1.9v供电也是没有问题的，是否会是其他的方面有影响？
