The connector J102 is provided to debug an external target with the on-board XDS110 debug probe. This connector allows the LaunchPad to be used as a stand-alone XDS110 debug probe. If the LaunchPad is being used in this manner, ensure that all of the shunts are removed from J101. This isolates the JTAG signals from going to the F280049C MCU.

我把问题描述准确一点。LAUNCHXL-F280049C开发板在CCS8.3之前，调试都没问题，更新到8.3之后出现上述问题。我用自己购买的XDS调试器调试开发板上的DSP，没问题。那问题基本确认就出现在板载XDS110上面了。
