我使用的是28377S,仿真器是XDS100V2，在FLASH烧写的时候出现以下error：（3.3V和1.2V供电都测试过没问题，但是XRS脚的电压是3.18V，这是不是说明供电功率不够呢，还是我的DSP锁住了？）
