TMS320F28335定时器0设置定时为1us时，实际也为1us，证明我定时器配置没问题。但当定时器0设置定时为100ns，实际大约220ns，这是为什么？唯一修改的地方是将 ConfigCpuTimer(&CpuTimer0, 15, 10);变为 ConfigCpuTimer(&CpuTimer0, 15, 1);
